what is the needle depth
The concept of we have it we might as well use it, I believe, is the impetus behind the Brazilian butt lift which is in my opinion an unnecessary and bizarrely grotesque procedure. With regard to this procedure specifically, I genuinely don't see where this young lady needs any type of procedure. A before and after might help to better understand the reasoning.

It will lift if it is placed right, but if the patient needs more support there are other treatments specifically designed to tighten and lift the skin that we would recommend.

I know you're filming a vid so need the needles in for the thumbnail, but honestly, having her turn away from you with those needles still in risked pushing them onto the headrest of your table. Just take the things out.

I've been having a big problem with spider veins on both legs. Im just curious what an inspection appointment would cost. I have enough spider veins where ik it could be a significant amount of money. I assume majority dermatologist offices offer the same treatment. Im in Michigan so I womt be shocked if treatment is different here, but id appreciate any knoweldge. Im a pale guy & want to tan but ik tanning will highlight spider veins, so I want to get rid of those first.
You shouldn't have to pay for a consult. I'd call and ask for an appointment, they can book at pretty far in advance.

No, there's no need for anesthesia. We use injectable lido, potent topical numbing and we have Pro-Nox (nitrous) if our patient is nervous. After the treatment you'll be tender for about a week as the PRP absorbs, but wearing a double bra can help.
I had this done and the results lasted a month. After the month I was exactly the same as before the procedure 🫤
PRP is not an immediate treatment. Platlete-rich plasma generates the growth of new tissue and the results happen 3-4 months from treatment and they'll last as long as your natural tissue lasts.
